Return Policy

The Finlay+Green support team will answer all inquiries as soon as possible. You can return your Finlay+Green purchase for a refund (less shipping costs) within 30 days of receipt of delivery.  Please note that you are responsible for return shipping.  Your return should include a completed ‘return slip’.

All returns will be refunded to the original form of payment that was used to process the order. We monitor returns and reserve the right to refuse service to anyone that may misuse or abuse the policy.

Note:

  • All samples are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • International orders are non-returnable. Refunds are valid within 30 days.

Exchange Policy

We do not currently offer exchanges. You are welcome to return your unwanted products within 30 days for a refund.  Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Cancel/Modify Order

We begin processing your order as soon as it is placed, so we are not able to cancel or change your order once it has been submitted.

Shipping (Domestic)

You are responsible for your own shipping costs unless you qualify for a ‘free shipping/ discounted shipping’ code.

You are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

Shipping (International)

You are responsible for your own shipping costs unless you qualify for a ‘free shipping/ discounted shipping’ code.

You are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

Finlay+Green is not responsible for delays due to Customs.

Note:

For the UK – To get your order to you, we've partnered with Passport Shipping and they will be the Seller for all orders to the UK for orders under £135 and orders.

International Duties & Taxes

All taxes and duties are due, by you, at the point of sale.
